Novus Construction Services is a general contractor that also provides external construction management in the commercial retail space. Over the years we have developed a robust team of field partners that we trust to perform projects in painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, tile and rough and finished carpentry.
Novus along with our trusted partners exhibit over 25 years of commercial construction experience. Having trusted partnerships to rely on is what keeps our integrity and dependance consistent. Getting results is critical, and bringing flexibility to our clients to create their vision is our priority.
Our Focus & Goals

General Contracting & Construction Management
Novus Construction Services is a comprehensive General Contractor offering a full range of services to our clients. Ranging from external construction management, project management solutions, to Interior/Exterior Renovation from planning, through coordination, and execution. We specialize in commercial space build outs, remodels and new builds.
An added value to our services is our ability to manage multi-site construction programs and rollouts. The benefit of a one point of contact for coordination and execution is unmatched. Timeliness, cleanliness, and budget are a major focus when we work with clients.
Working side by side with internal stakeholders, designers, architects, and engineers. Paying close attention to detail and making sure due diligence is executed to ensure a project is successful for everyone involved.
Roofing
We can perform complete commercial roof replacements, re-roofs and recurring maintenance. All of our work carries labor and full material warranty, as we are licensed through all major roofing material manufacturers.

About
Our Leadership
Kathryn’s background in hospitality drives her need to go above and beyond the expectation to provide exceptional communication and service. Managing a portfolio of $20 million globally, it gave her the entrepreneurial spirit to manage budgets, negotiations and plan out projects from concept to completion to ensure there was a win/win experience.
Outside of Novus, Kathryn enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. As well as, being part of her community. Kathryn currently sits as School Board Member of Medinah District 11 - facilities committee and participates in capital projects that are budgeted annually.
