Novus Construction Services is a comprehensive general contractor offering a full range of services to our clients. This includes external construction management, project management solutions, and interior/exterior renovation. We specialize in commercial space build-outs, remodels, and new builds, bringing a unique eye for design.

Roofing
We can perform complete commercial roof replacements, re-roofs and recurring maintenance. All of our work carries labor and full material warranty, as we are licensed through all major roofing material manufacturers.

Kathryn brings extensive experience in hospitality and client management, ensuring exceptional communication and service for every client. Her passion for delivering excellence is complemented by the collective expertise of her family and trusted Novus partners, who share a long history of bringing residential and commercial projects to life with skill and precision.
By blending her background in hospitality with a strong understanding of construction, Kathryn and Novus offer a distinctive approach for clients who value attention to detail and aim to create exceptional guest experiences in their buildings.
Outside of Novus, Kathryn is an active community member, serving as a School Board Member for Medinah District 11. She contributes to facilities planning and capital projects while enjoying traveling and quality time with her family.
